Quick Follow Up Second Post
I’m great
I was self deprecating and kind of poked fun at myself in my first post as a way of introducing myself. But let’s not get it twisted folks, I’m pretty damn good at what I do. The reason why, probably the same for most of y’all, is that I’m genuinely passionate about cooking and gastronomy in general. It’s both a science and art at the same time, so in my mind it appeals to both sides of people’s brains. You can cook something absolutely perfectly but it not look great #uglydelicious and present something beautifully but it tastes pretty bland (see most brunch options in hipster neighbourhoods). So yeah I might miss a comma or get my sub clauses wrong every now and again but…
This content will be dope, regardless of what format it’s released it. It’ll improve and get better, much like my own cooking journey, stay patient and rewards will be reaped.
